FILLING
1lbTempeh burgers; prepared; crumbled
1 1/2cTomato paste
2tsVinegar, brown rice
3tsTamari
5tsCanola or safflower oil
3tbOnion flakes, dried
2tsOregano
1 1/2tsBasil

To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
